1gram Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 1gram platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using the 1gram platform via https://1gram.bet or our official mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") together with all applicable related policies.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 1gram platform. Continued use following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is intended only for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and take full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided during registration.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1gram platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without prior notice.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full name, an active email address, and a valid Malaysian phone number. False or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 1gram will never request your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 1gram support team immediately at [email protected]. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the 1gram platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: identity fraud, money laundering, unauthorised access to platform systems, disruption of platform operations, or impersonating other users or staff.
Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, manipulate game outcomes, or disrupt other users' experience is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action in addition to account termination.
Payment, Deposit and Transaction Information
All transactions on the 1gram platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including FPX (instant bank transfer), online banking and approved digital wallets.
Each deposit request is subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the platform, which may vary depending on the selected payment method. Current limits are displayed in the deposit section of your account. Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each method — typically instant for FPX.
Withdrawal requests are processed to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same user's name. 1gram reserves the right to request identity verification or supporting documents before processing any withdrawal for compliance and security purposes. Processing times range from one to three business days, depending on the receiving bank.
1gram reserves the right to withhold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or activities that violate these Terms. In such cases, 1gram will notify the relevant user and cooperate with the appropriate authorities if required.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 1gram platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or security of the platform under all circumstances.
1gram is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from technical disruptions or internet connectivity failures.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1gram platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, software and code — is the exclusive property of 1gram or its respective licensors.
Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, republish, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1gram.
Third-Party Links
The 1gram platform may contain references to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. Any links or integrations are provided for user convenience only.
1gram is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Users interact with third-party services at their own risk and should review the relevant third-party terms of service separately.
Suspension, Account Closure and Changes to Terms
Suspension and Closure by the Platform
1gram reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused the system, or provided false information during registration.
Where an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited upon completion of the investigation, subject to the outcome of the internal review.
Closure at User Request
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the registered bank account, subject to the withdrawal terms in effect.
Changes to These Terms
1gram reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the 1gram platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Malaysian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims or disputes relating to these Terms.
In the event of a dispute between a user and 1gram regarding a transaction, game outcome, or account operation, users are encouraged to contact the support team at [email protected] first to allow for an amicable resolution before any further action is taken.
Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
